Fossheim is located at Lauvlia in Mesnali. The cabin is ideally situated for both winter and summer stays, with easy access to ski trails, hiking, and family attractions.

Location and surroundings

• 20 minutes to Sjusjøen with its extensive cross-country ski trails, alpine center, and local services.

• 35 minutes to Lillehammer with shopping, culture, the Olympic Park, Maihaugen, and Hunderfossen Family Park.

• Great hiking opportunities directly from the cabin and nearby.

Parking and access

• Parking directly outside the cabin with space for several cars.

• In winter, the road and driveway are cleared of snow all the way to the cabin for easy access.

• A total of 15 beds across several bedrooms and a spacious loft.

• The loft is perfect as a separate space for children and teenagers.

• Flexible sleeping arrangements make the cabin suitable for both large families and groups of friends.

Cabin atmosphere

The cabin is designed for comfort and togetherness. The large living room features a fireplace and views of the surrounding nature, while the open-plan layout is perfect for both social evenings and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and with water and electricity you have all the commodities you need.

A warm welcome to Fossheim – a traditional Norwegian mountain cabin built in 2015, with all modern comforts. Perfect for large families, two families traveling together, or groups of friends. Ski in/out cross-country right outside, and only a short drive to Sjusjøen Alpine.

Sleeping & layout
The cabin accommodates up to 15 guests with duvets and pillows for all (bed linen/towels can be rented). Bedrooms include a loft with 4 alcoves (double beds), a master bedroom (qeen bed), a family bunk room, and a regular bunk room.
