Fossheim is situated at the heart of the Mesnali ski trail network, with direct access to groomed cross-country tracks just metres from the door. Both children and adults can put on their skis right outside and glide into miles of well-maintained trails – whether you want a peaceful family outing or a long-distance run towards Sjusjøen, Nordseter or the Birkebeiner route. The cabin has its own ski preparation room and plenty of equipment storage.
Fossheim is not only a winter destination – the cabin is a perfect base for activities throughout the year. When the snow melts, the area opens up for hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and boating. Sjusjøen, Mesna and Kroksjøen are just a short drive away and offer both swimming spots and idyllic rest areas.
